Howe said he and Beverly are excited about moving to a more central location, bringing them closer to their children and grandchildren. ![]() David, 34, who works with mentally handicapped adults near Youngstown, Ohio and Amber, 25, who is expecting her second child, making a total of six grandchildren. Together they have three grown children: Brian, 36, who works as a pastor in Fayetteville, N.Y. Howe and Beverly met during their time at Bible College and recently celebrated their 37th anniversary. “This is a homecoming in a sense,” Howe said. “I’ve been a music director in several churches and have also appeared as a soloist,” Howe said.įor 18 years, Howe pastored in western Pennsylvania at Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Penn Hills and spent five years at Liberty Baptist Church in Union, N.J., before coming to Lewistown. He attended Baptist Bible College East in Peekskill, N.Y., now known as Boston Baptist College in Boston, Mass., majoring in music with a minor in theology. Howe was raised in a Catholic home and came to Christ at the age of 14.
